Wood does not appear to have been refinished or sanded, with wood to metal fit being excellent. Gun retains all early features, including the wedge shaped operating handle, “suicide” safety, square cartridge stop, no magazine cut off, small plain carrier latch button, etc. Serial numbers match on receiver, wood forend, and barrel. The gun is in very good ALL ORIGINAL condition. This is one of the first 10,000 guns made, S/N 72xx.
